Shells from small to large; solid, globose to conical; smooth largely carved. Sculpture variables more or less distinct axial spiral ridges. Unicolored or with variegated color patterns, mainly in dark tones of dark brownish to black. Aperture oblique, interior nacre. Operculum uncalcified, multispiral (Ref. 128042).
