Description of life cycle and mating behavior Gonochoric (Ref. 833). Males undergo three molt stages (typus, intermedius and robustus), all of which are mature. Mating behavior: Male follows the female and embraces the latter with its second pereiopods in between, although females prefer the robustus males (Ref. 106464).
