Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Benthic feeder which mainly consumes mollusks, decayed organic matter and polychaetes (Ref. 74). It is usually found in mangrove swamps (Ref. 70), sandy beaches and muddy bottoms from the tide-line to depths during highest high tide (Ref. 74).
