Environment:  benthic; brackish
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific, Central Pacific and Western Central Atlantic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found among barnacles, bryozoans and rock oysters on rocks and man-made structures from upper to lower rocky shores (Ref. 8085). Also associated with prop roots of Rhizophora mangle (Ref. 3113). Commonly found in a fouling community (Ref. 124798).
