Distribution:  Western Pacific: from Japan to East Indies, Fiji and Samoa.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in shallow intertidal areas at depths of 0 to 20 m. Buries in the sand. Feeds by non-selective deposit feeding (Ref. 800).
