Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 120 m
Distribution:  Arctic and Northern Pacific: from Hokkaido Japan, north to Kotzebue Sound, Alaska and south to Humboldt Bay, California. Polar to subtropical.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 104115. Mainly lives in the littoral zone but found to a depth of 90 m (Ref.123216).
