Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:  Corallites are large. Skeleton is porous. Body column is dark brown, contrasted by tentacles which are tipped with white clubs.
Biology:  Prefer cleaner waters. Polyps expand during the day (Ref. 130769).
