Diagnosis: | Colonies are submassive, columnar or encrusting and commonly exceed 2 meters across in turbid water. Corallites sometimes vary greatly in size. Grey, pink, green or brown in color. Tentacles are seldom fully extended during the day. | |||
Biology: | Maximum depth from Ref. 100925. One of the most affected species with high bleaching level and high estimated mortality in Palau (Ref. 66144). | |||
