Environment:  benthic; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean: Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and Eastern Atlantic Ocean from Brittany to Mauritania and Azores.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs among stones and seaweeds along rocky coastlines in shallow waters down to depths of 15 m (Ref. 126165).
