Distribution:  Circumtropical.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Minimum depth from Ref. 97531. Intertidal to subtidal (Ref. 106854). Found on coarse calcareous bottoms (Ref. 79730), rocky, coral (e.g., Porites), coral clumps and turtle grass (Ref. 80404). Also on rubble, seagrass and other submerged vegetation (Ref. 97531).
