Remarks Pelagic species, washed ashore during storms (Ref. 7727), often found on floating debris with the pelagic barnacle Lepas sp., surface dwelling jellyfish, and the by-the-wind-sail Velella sp. (Ref. 822). Feeds on blue bottle (Portuguese man-of-war), and goose-neck barnacles (Lepas sp.) (Ref. 866).
